国際農業ジャーナリスト連盟(IFAJ)は、
本年7月にドイツのボン周辺で世界大会を開催します。
申込みは、下記のサイトから行うことができます。
簡単な英語です。クレジットカードでの決済が可能です。

本大会は7月13日から17日までで、テーマは「ドイツの持続可能な農業」です。
参加者は、大会参加を確定し、旅行代理店などで往復のチケットを購入することが必要です。

メーンコングレス(本大会)ではボン地域の3つのホテルに宿泊し、
周辺の農業を共同で視察、取材します。
もちろん、世界各国のジャーナリストとの懇談も満載です。
本大会前のプレコングレスはベルリン地区で行われ、
その後、ボンに移動します。(別料金)
本大会後のポストコングレスも別料金で楽しむことができます。
取材は英語が中心で、ドイツ語も利用されます。

Wednesday, July 13

早めに到着した参加者向けの視察プログラムがあります。

朝は、ボン大学の開発センターを訪問。
ドイツの農業ジャーナリストの組織による
「持続可能な農業に関するパネルディスカッション」も開かれます。

夜は恒例の開催ディナー、ライン地方の食を楽しみます。

Thursday, July 14

最初の1日は、
朝はパネルディスカッションが大学で開かれます。
その後、総会が開催されます。
こうしたプログラムに参加しない人向けには観光の案内があります。

6つのコースから一つを選択します。

Tour 1 Westfalen-tour – 農業機械メーカーコース
Agriculture in the Ruhr includes a hearty Westphalian breakfast in a farm cafe, a visit to the agricultural equipment manufacturer CLAAS in Harsewinkel with factory tour, then a visit for a machinery demonstration. On our way back to Bonn, we will stop at a dairy farm in the middle of metropolitan area Ruhrgebiet. “Refueling” at a milk filling station.

Tour 2 Sustainability-tour  – 持続可能型農業コース
This tour will focus on sustainability with a visit to the Buir-Bliesheimer cooperative, where Bauer Willi will explain his concept for better publicity for agriculture. We will visit the Bayer test site and Bayer Forward Farm in Germany Damianshof with the stations Conservation (Phytobac), biodiversity, protection of bees and the whole range of measures of sustainability in connection with intensive farming. Stops will also include the teaching and research campus Klein-Altendorf the University of Bonn. There, they are engaged intensively with the topic of renewable resources.

Tour 3 Innovation-tour – ドイツの技術革新コース
This Innovation tour will include a visit to the Bayer site in Monheim. We will visit the company’s Bee Care Center, apiculture and the application center. Lunch will take place in the Bayer Tropicarium. The afternoon will be filled with special workshops on vegetable and fruit production.

Tour 4 Energy-tour – エネルギー農業コース
This tour will visit a lignite mine in Rheinbraun. We will see how farmland was relocated and land reclaimed. We will visit an establishment that works on reclaiming mining areas. After this we will visit one of the biggest field production farms in the Rhineland.

Tour 5 Dairy-tour – 酪農コース
Our dairy tour will focus around Eifel and organic milk producers, and milking robots in the pasture. We will visit a company where the alternative farm income includes farm vacations and country services. There will be discussions with representatives of the dairy industry on the current situation of the dairy market. We will visit the romantic Eifel town of Monschau, which is famous for its half-timbered architecture.

Tour 6 Crop Farming-tour – 耕種農家コース
We will start our tour by visiting a large crop farm near Bonn, which has for many years specialized on the boarding of horses. We will visit another crop farm in Erftstadt, and the castle which belongs to it and its very successful event catering operation.

Saturday, July 16

この日も6つのコースに分かれての取材です。

Tour 7 Westfalen-tour – 豚、酪農コース
The agricultural region around Westfalen is located between tradition and modern, and is in the heart of Germany’s largest population centers. We will start the day with a farmer’s breakfast and a visit to a pig farm and a dairy farm. Our lunch stop will be at a farm café, then a Claas machinery demonstration (barleyharvest) and factory tours of the upstream and downstream region (for example, feed mill). (Very similar to Tour 1 Westfalen from Friday)

Tour 8 Sustainability-tour – 持続可能な農業コース

Tour 9 Organic Farming-tour – 有機農業コース
We will start by visiting an organic operation located between Dusseldorf and Monchengladbach. This farm has crops, pig production and extensive direct marketing. In 2014 it was awarded a prize for its organic farming operation. We will also visit a fruit farm on the outskirts of Bonn, which has for decades been working on the development of organic fruit production.

Tour 10 Mixed-tour – ミックス・ツアーコース(ドイツ最大の苗業者)
We will start the tour with a visit to one of the largest nurseries in Germany. Meckenheim sells trees throughout the world. We will then visit the farm of a former agricultural journalist who now operates a large pig farm in Koblenz. He also operates two biogas plants. At the end of our tour we will visit Burg Eltz, considered the epitome of a German Romanticism castle that attracts tourists from around the world.

Tour 11 Dairy/Water Protection-tour – 酪農と環境保護コース
Our first stop will be a large dairy farm in Lohmar. The highly successful farm is involved in embryo transfer and operates a large biogas plant. Our next stop is a dairy farm that combines the farm with great gastronomy, an adventure farm and apartments with several country service lines under one roof. Our last stop will be a visit to the Wahnbach Dams Association, which has worked with farmers for decades on innovative concepts for land use in water protection.

Tour 12 Cologne-tour – 都市農業コース
Farmers in and around the metropolis of Cologne is the theme of this agricultural tour. We will first visit a large fruit farm that markets its complete harvest from the farm and also runs a fruit Museum with a restaurant. The next stop is a large crop farm near Cologne. And finally, we will visit a Cologne farmer who breeds horses and beef cattle.

最後の夜は最大のお楽しみ。
ライン川に浮かぶ蒸気船上で公式(フェアウェル)パーティーです。

Sunday, July 17 – Our main congress will end, but the adventure continues. Several post-Congress tours will take you on a more in-depth tour of German agriculture.

日曜日にプログラムは終わりますが、その後のポストコングレスツアーが企画されています。
